★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The yummy oreo bingsu was very large and filling! Filling enough to be our lunch! Quite surprised as the other bingsus i've had so far wasnt this much nor filling. Cravings satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice bingsu! Took too long for the order to be delivered. Very expensive (even though portion is huge). The bingsu itself can be taken like a full meal. We tried the traffic light version which we can choose 3 flavours in mini size. More expensive but at least the portion is smaller and we dont waste food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told that the waiting time for my takeaway Bingsu would be between 15-30 mins. I waited more than an hour for my Bingsu. And it was not like they were producing many other orders - there was no takeaway queue, all the customers are served and shop is almost empty.
The bingsu is nice, yes. But it’s terrible service even with such a high premium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came around 4.30pm on Tuesday. The cafe was pretty crowded, but the male staff was pretty friendly and gave us a high seat as the other seats were on waiting list. Food was served without hassle, waiting time was just 15mins. I understand they only have two staff working today but I appreciate their attentiveness compare to the staff at Bugis branch who gave seats to those bigger groups and leave out smaller group(2-3paxs). However, he forgotten to ask for Changi card and till i paid and ask. He then informed that only can process before payment. Both branch we visited however told us that Traffic light dish is out of stock.
We visit ice lab almost every month but their service is inconsistent at Bugis branch as they often host Kpop event during weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the bingsoo! The wait on a weekend/public holiday can be long (as expected); we waited about 15 mins to get in, then about 10 mins for our order to arrive! The male cashier/server was nice and polite and we enjoyed the overall experience :) maybe the only thing lacking is the size of the bingsoo—would have been great to have a smaller portion that’s cheaper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a bit of a wait at this small shop especially on weekends, but their desserts are not bad at all. Service quality really depends on your luck; we have encountered both nice, and not so amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few Korean Bingsu joint in Jewel. Shop tastefully designed. Lots of selections for one to choose. But customer service and the time taken to prepare the order really need to improve. Shocked to see all the consistent reviews that they need to work on the time taken to deliver the order. Waited for 30-35mins for our bingsu to arrive. In the midst of waiting, we see customers waiting at the counter leaving as well, cos nobody was attending to them. ? Well, although the dessert is nice, with happy KPOP music playing at the background, but i don’t foresee returning again.
