Went there to purchase an iPad in space grey, was informed that it is OOS and only left with silver. Kindly asked the staff (Peter) if he happened to know if it is still available at other outlets but was replied to in a rude manner and said that he knows the stock as China is being locked down and there won't be any stocks coming in. I then settled with the Silver iPad and he started introducing screen protectors to me which I found pretty pricey. When I requested to get just the iPad alone, Peter then went back to the storeroom and came out telling me that it is the last unit and I have to get it with the screen protector as a bundle. This meant that he is asking me to pay $499 for the iPad + $89.90 for a screen protector for a bundle which apparently is compulsory since it is the last unit. I then spoke to him nicely saying that it is too expensive and I would like to purchase my accessories from Shopee instead, he then gave me a ted talk about how Shopee stuff has no standard and this $89.90 screen protector is guaranteed for a lifetime etc blablabla. He then repeated that it has to purchased with the bundle as it is the last iPad available in Singapore(?). I then walked away and made my purchase at Challenger which happens to have plenty of stock and also the colour I wanted. (unlike what peter had said) Wrote in to iStudio and they ensured me that there is no such bundle across their outlets. Please do not get scammed by the staff at the PLQ outlet. Hard selling & recommending your product is one thing, lying to your customers and making them purchase a "compulsory" bundle is another. Ethics bro.

I came today at istudio plq Staff serve me very well and professional. He offer to me an iphone 13 with discount I bought with accessories he explained to me the features and function of my new iphone. Thumbs up to your staff name Richard I will bring my friends to buy here at Istudio PLQ

Ordered Apple Watch online (Order #WW15820) and send my friend to pick it up from i studio PLQ on 6th Feb and the official receipt was send along. The staff and the manager denied my friend from the collection and responded that they can only allow me due to security reasons. I can understand this. Tell me if you concern about the security to this extend how come my friend was allowed to collect my macbook (Order #WW07611) and an AirPods Pro (Order #WW14144) during the previous months. I am really frustrated by the behaviour of the staff as even after we offered to show his ID proofs or even video call, he din’t wanted to listen to it too. If my previous order collection was denied too, I wouldn’t have bothered.

On 7th May, went to iStudio at PLQ, at around 8:45pm, my friend’s iphone is unresponsive and we hope to revive some advice and help. But the staff there was so rude. They seem to be unsure of what they were doing, everything was about the service cost that we need to pay. What customer service is this? Although, your store is closing at 9:30pm, you could at least do a simple check on the phone and identify whether it is the LCD issue or it’s the internal system. Than just suggesting to help reset the phone and we have to pay $70 for that. Then because when we changed our mind, we think that letting it factory reset will not change much… As the staff just seem like doing the reset for the sake of doing. In the end, we said that would it be alright if we stop the reset and head to Apple Store. The guy replied very rudely, “I’ve already told you earlier and you agreed to do, we cannot just stop when you say so”. He could’ve phrased it properly… The two staff working on that night, regardless of how tired or “sian” you feel. I hope to see better customer service. This gave me a very bad impression of iStudio’s customer service.

Hi, my friend went to this store this morning regarding Transferring data service. My friend attended by Sales Person named Amir. He explained to my friend very well as my friend informing to me his experience this after he done the servicing. As I check the data 100% transferred and solve his concern. Good job for Amir and iStudio you have well trained staff.

I came to buy iPhone 13 Pro in the morning. He asked me to buy for an extra insurance then I bought it. He then asked me to buy the protector to protect the camera and I bought as well. After that, he asked me to buy the phone casing and screen protector and told me there was a promotion for it. And I bought it !!! I asked if he can assist on transferring data to my new phone. He said yes. But he hasn’t never mentioned there is a surcharge for that. So I just told him I will come back and do the data transfer after finishing my work. When I came back, he said there is a charge for this service and his face was totally different when I said no. What’s unpleasant experience and will definitely not entertain again. Totally worth a minus star if I can rate it!!!!!!

I went to the store about 3pm plus on 7/7/2022, I attended by this salesperson named Amir. I wanted to buy gift for my friend Apple Watch. Amir very friendly plus he suggested me the correct model within my budget. Thumbs up for him and good services from him. Definitely will come again.
