Lot of white ant in the show room, no dare to order although furniture looks attractive

I went zen mode when I enter.

There was a sofa I liked online. Tried to find a number to call to see if they have it on display but somehow could not find… so went all the way there to find out it wasn’t a big showroom and could not see the sofa I liked.

Edmund and Marcus were very helpful . They were very friendly and provided lots of assistance. Highly recommended .

Me and my fiancé visited the IUIGA showroom today to have a look at the furniture pieces displayed there. We wanted to gauge their comfort and quality before making our purchase. Me and my fiancé had barely step foot into the shop only to be addressed rudely by the only salesperson in showroom with "you need to be an IUIGA member to make purchases". My fiancé who is not from Singapore was confused by his statement as he understood it as only members had a right to purchase from IUIGA and not because the furniture was all sold online. The salesperson was arrogant in assuming that every customer who enters the showroom does not have an account with IUIGA. He could have instead said, "Welcome to IUIGA, I would just like to let you know that our furniture pieces are for display only, and that you will have to make your purchases online. If you like, I can help you create an online account for you. Is there any particular piece of furniture that you are interested in?" We were disappointed that this was the quality of service displayed by a company who prides themselves on providing good quality products at affordable prices. It would seem that while the company had quality products, their customer service was severely lacking.

Just went in 5 minutes ago, had intention to purchase a sofa but the staff had a very bad attitude. He is so rude and not interested to serve the customer.

Bad service, shop in prime shopping belt but open only half day. Waited there for the sales girl so slowly stroll in. Looked at me like I was an alien, yes I get it that u hardly see any customers in that mall so seeing people in the shop is a big surprise
