โ โ โ โ โ Took a 14 hours flight from Boston to Tokyo and then a 7 hour flight from tokyo to Singapore. Only two meals were served during a 14 hour flight. The meals served were tasty, healthy, and balanced though.

โ โ โ โ โ The quality and volume of inflight meals are way better than its full-service competitors on Singapore & Narita routes. On time departure. World's best performing airline in terms of punctuality. Miss the old JAL reservation office at Hong Leong Building.

โ โ โ โ โ My first time on JAL from Singapore to Tokyo. In a 7 hour flight, you would expect 2 meals, but there was only one. And the one and only meal, there was no choice and it tasted worse than my $2 fried bee hoon in Bishan.
Entertainment system sucks too as compared to SQ, CX and Emirates.
The only plus is the leg space. Their prices are only slightly cheaper than ANA.
Given a choice, I would not fly with them in the future.
