★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 20 egg tarts from them on 27 Nov. Pic 1 shows you the substandard tart that they gave me. Wrote via FB to feedback this to them. Pic 2 management blame their franchised outlet for the substandard product. At $2.30 a pop, I think we deserved better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the lychee egg tart and it was PHENOMENAL. Im usually not a fan of egg tarts due to the eggy smell but this was exceptional. Bought one, ate it and got another one. Thats how good it is! The crust, I could die for it. Keep up the standards and amazing customer service! ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egg tart and milk tea were great. But the bun was so so only especially when I added butter, I thought it is some kind of soft or melted butter but ended up being semi-frozen butter. Would definitely recommend the egg tart. It's 2.30 each piece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the cookie pastry egg tart as it keeps better than puff pastry.
Overall a little too done for me as pastry had some char to it, and was dry. Hopefully they’ll improve with time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the tea and bolo ban with butter are not outstanding, but I am still attracted and keep coming back when pass by.
Their hot tea is always damn hot, the bolo ban sometimes is not heated. As for queue, I don’t know never see queue. Hence I feel quite easy to walk in and enjoy a bolo bun with milk tea, in comparison to Xinwang upstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the weekday set - you’ll get a bolo bun of your choice and a tea for $5.50. The bolo bun’s proportion of bread was too much, would have been nice if they had added a pineapple slice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The iced milk tea (50% less sugar, less ice) tasted ok and it was a relief on a hot day, though I found it to be a bit acidic. But I must say that the auntie’s service was thoughtful as she provided a toothpick to pierce through the cup, as the straw did not have any sharp ends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the milk tea with less sugar. Egg tart could be better in terms of the crust. The signature toast with butter is good old fashion treat, eat it when hot and crisoy.
