โ โ โ โ โ My husband and I just returned from a week in Singapore for my B'day and loved the City so much. We want to thank my friend Guadalupe Cavanna, for the recommendation to dine at JUMBO Signatures, where she said we must have the Chilli Crab! WOW the best meal ?, service, location etc ever ....We should have gone their for my B'day dinner instead of Marina Bay which was very disappointing! In fact if we had of known before the last 2 day's, I would say we would have returned for another feast haha. Can definitely recommend the Lunch dinning experience. โ โ โ โ โ We had Lo Hei dishes during CNY, it was presented in a unique way, different compared to the traditional version.
The food presentation is beautiful, and the taste was good.
Services are also great, although have some miscommunication on the dessert item.
Overall, itโs a unique experience to taste Asian Chinese food in fine dining version as Jumbo always popular f
or a crab dish.

Tried the Jumbo 8 course Tasting Menu for $158โผ๏ธ
?Fine Dining portion but surprisingly filling on the 2nd appetiser which is the live lobster salad.
?Food was so fresh and goodโผ๏ธ
?Could taste every Jumbo Signature Dish?Couldnโt decide which is the best!
Definitely will come back for more!

โ โ โ โ โ As many have mentioned, itโs an elevated Jumbo experience. If you love regular Jumbo food, you will love this place too! Not to mention the excellent service, with attentive staff who made sure we got each plate hot and right out of the kitchen.
I really enjoyed my meal here and am looking forward to coming back again soon! I would recommend the tasting menu with maybe 1 or 2 other dishes, the tasting menu alone was a good portion of food and left feeling full and satisfied.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a different style of Jumbo compared to the other locations. The crab is the same price per 100g but all the other menu items are elevated and more fine dining-like. Iโd highly, highly recommend coming for the black pepper crab, which is delicious and meaty. The mocha pork rib is ok but incredibly expensive for the portion ($28 for a tiny slice). The seafood fried rice is superb.
Service was fantastic too.

โ โ โ โ โ This restaurant is located in the mall at Marina Bay Sands, the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. This is a popular restaurant and to be sure to get a table you should make a reservation.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, even if they made some basic mistakes like serving the wine before cocktails, and serving men before women. This can be corrected by applying sufficient training.
We tried the cereal shrimp, pork ribs, rice, vegetables, and the spicy crab. All dishes were excellent and we enjoyed the dinner very much.
In spite of this being a chain of restaurants, one never really gets that feeling. The dining experience is upscale and a bit pricey (about $120 per person), but well worth it in our opinion. We will come back.

โ โ โ โ โ The quality and taste of food here were very impressive and memorable. We will visit this restaurant again to try their other dishes but would definitely hope there's some improvement to their service when we return. Though this is supposed to be Jumbo's "fine-dining", our dishes were served too quickly for our 4 course set meal only to have us waiting 20 minutes for our dessert even after chasing them a few times. However, service recovery was done with complimentary desserts for our friends who did not order desserts.
Unfortunately, they still left a sour note when they ended up charging our credit card to the wrong bill.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently opened in MBS, stumbled upon the place as there wasnโt a queue on a very crowded Friday evening.
As it had just opened they offer a tasting menu slightly over 130+ per person for 8 courses. They did give us additional starters apart from the appetizers which I appreciated. The food came promptly and there were elaborations for each dish. The portions were true to the tasting menu but overall it was still filling.
More memorable items included the pumpkin soup with fish maw which was really very smooth and well seasoned.
My favourite item was the scalloped enclosed in a yam ring as depicted. This was just well cooked and soft and the yam ring was very smooth yet crunchy and well seasoned.
Wouldnโt mind returning to try the full menu items.
