★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called a couple of days before coming to this jewelry shop. When we got there, Vince greeted us and was very helpful and explained everything to me regarding the resizing guestimate time, half to an hour, which was quite fast for me, reasonable pricing, and he pointed out to me things that could be improved with my 14k rose gold moonstone ring. When we went to collect, his dad/Shifu was so nice to fix the center piece so it won't be in risk of falling out which was so cool. I cannot recommend this wholesome shop more, if I could I would add another star. My ring was resized to like about 3-4 sizes up, like a huge jump. Not only was it sized perfectly, it was polsihed into mint condition,. They're so polite and transparent in their business. A gem in Orchard/Lucky Plaza.

Sunny Jewellery was my last hope and they did not disappointed me. Uncle who owns this shop, after inspection of the items, he told me no problem, can be done in 1 day. Yay, I was gladly happy!!!! I strongly recommend them!!!! Very professional and knowledgeable about jewelry. I may even say, - SUNNY JEWELLERY, THE ONLY SHOP IN WHOLE SINGAPORE, WHO IS REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND PASSIONATE ABOUT THEIR JOB! I would give them more the 5*, if I could!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the shop to have my necklace repaired. I got the ring in less than an hour and the workmanship was really good. I also had my ring cleaned and had a missing gem replaced. The owners are accommodating and very knowledgeable. This will be my go-to jewelry store from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After more than 30 years of getting jewellery cleaned and polished, including going to Tiffany for their silver pieces, I believe I have found the best in Singapore. Most jewellers only clean real gold but Vince at Sunny Jewellery also cleans silver. Even better, he cleans oxidised silver, which no one here will clean.
Vince made every piece, total 10 pieces, as good as new. I had Tiffany, John Hardy and Georg Jensen pieces. Perfect quality and much cheaper than anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super efficient, fuss free and friendly. went there in the evening to fix my broken necklace and Vince immediately fixed it in around 5 minutes and my necklace was good as new! the price was also v reasonable! very pleased with the service and he is also very friendly and personable. Will be back to fix other jewellery whenever I need! highly recommend!
