β β β β β It is a shame that I'm a huge fans of moncler and spend at least 10k per year just to buy their jacket. But in this singapore moncler I was judged and they looked at me top to toe, as if I cant afford it. Moncler should be ashamed!
Eventhough I cant afford it you should not look at people like that.
Is this Singapore way?

β β β β β It is increasingly common to be served by staff who do not speak or understand English well and certainly lack the manners or intellectual level to even answer basic questions about so-called luxury products, and Moncler is no exception.
When enquiring about a product and its regional/ worldwide availability, the snarky female staff tried to surpress her laughter and did not offer to help in any way.
When I left the store, I saw the product which was apparently "not available" in store on the window display. First and last unpleasant experience with Moncler.

β β β β β Terrible service in moncler orchard. I still feel like Iβm being judged even with buying power... I decided not to purchase from the store because of the attitude of the staff, and Itβs just moncler.. The staffs should treat all the customers with respect.
