★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and great cut. Hard to find $10 cuts nowadays as more are increasing the price slightly. Came here quite late as the last customer before they close. Hair stylist did not rush through it, and gave a good cut anyway. Good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and good. Very friendly and efficient lady stylist who suggested a cut after assessing my hair texture. Overall, pleased with the final look. Waiting time can be estimated based on the number of people in queue so not an issue there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long Q but then it's CNY season, waited abt 1 HR for 12 pax Q with a 2-ladies crew, got the Q no,then went around shopping first, when I went back to the shop still got 2 more pax in the Q, waited another 10 mins,b4 getting the haircut, neat cut, friendly staff, happy w the arrangement, not if u r in a hurry or during festive season,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What happened today was really unfortunate. The stylist in question was Yen Lim or Jen Lim.
I got there, i saw on the machine, a piece of paper saying stylist going for lunch, hence only one stylist. They were serving 197. I saw the next ticket was 201. I thought half hr wait, i am ok. So i bought 2 tickets for my children. Abt 45 min later, when it was almost our turn, a man and his son came and said they were 193 and 194. They went for lunch and just came back. And the next thing is, we had to wait for them. We ended up waiting a total of 1hr 15min.
When i went to talk to Jen Lim, I said she shld inform management to indicate number of skipped numbers, so tt customer is aware that there are more people in the queue. But before she finished listening to me, she started being defensive and kept repeating that she told us there would be only 1 stylist and my sons never listen to her, so it's not her fault. She is TOTALLY OUT OF POINT!!! I can read the sign that there was only 1 stylist and I am sufficiently literate. But that was not where i was coming from. She wasn't listening to me and just wanted to rebuked me.
I told her she should listen to me. She then replied she would tell management and then went on to repeat her point of she already informed us there was only 1 stylist. The problem is not 1 or 2 stylists! It is there is no correct indication of how many people waiting!!! You get it! She is obviously not listening and just wanted to say anything to prove i am wrong and she is right.
So above is her first mistake. Not listening to customer and spend too much time trying to defend herself.
The second mistake is there was not a single word of apology. If she had been calm and apologise first as a service staff, i wouldn't even have written this feedback. On the contrary, i would hv praised her for handling the situation well.
I hope your management can look into this matter.
