The Fish Ball is really handmade as you can see from their shape. The texture of the fish balls are really great. Not over crunchy, thus it is really hand made. Noodles are the same as the rest of common stalls. It serve in $3 or $4 dollars. Quantity wise, I wish that the $3 can have more noodles. For man $3 You will be hungry in 2.5hrs. Will I be Back? YES. ;-)

Not sure whether the fishballs are handmade... they were a bit too regular in sizes, but texture was good. Just 3 fishballs for the small portion $3, a few slices of fishcake and a small dumpling.

Uncle is very generous. For a medium portion, you get 8 fish balls. What’s most desired is when he readies the freshly deep fried fish cakes. Eating it there and then piping hot in the morning is the best. $1.50 per fish cake (small but juicilicious).

This Fishball Noodles hawker stall is located in the relatively quiet Havelock Food Centre. The meepok was moist with tasty sauce but yet not soggy. The fish balls and fish cakes were bouncy but not hard. Accepts cashless payment.

Fresh good quality handmade fishball. Noodles are well cooked, goes well with the chilli sauce and vinegar. Tasty soup. Must try the fish cake, recommended.

Heard alot about this stall in Havelock Cooked Food Centre that are famous for their homemade fishball and fishcake. The place is relatively quiet. Only a handful of stalls were in operation when I was there this afternoon. Right beside the fishball noodle stall, there is also a char kway teow stall that commands a long queue. There was a short queue, but it wasn’t long before it my turn to order. Noodles comes in 3 sizes, sgd$3,4 and 5. Noodle was nicely cooked, texture was springy, sauce goes well with the noodle, can taste the tanginess from the vinegar. The most outstanding has to be the fishball, firm texture and good flavor. Unfortunately the fishcake was already sold out.

Walked passed this stall many times. Decided to give it a try today instead of Fried Kway Teow next stall. Ordered $3+$1. Noodles are normal, undercooked abit. As I have asked for no ketchup, so the sauces are practically chillis, vinegar and shallots/garlics oil. Fish balls, fish cakes and fish dumplings are ok. They claim to be handmade, hmm?.... not my type of Fishballs noodles.

Love the old-school taste of this stall’s dry meepok and handmade fishballs. Both the main components are executed to perfection. While the noodles have a slightly soft al dente bite and are tossed in an appetising sauce, the fishballs are not salty and have the flavour of actual fish (something missing from many other fishballs these days). Main difference between the $3 and $4 bowls is the number of fishballs. So opt for the latter or even the $5 one if you can’t get enough of well-made, tasty fishballs.
