Toast Box @ Chinatown Point

Visited lunchtime approx 145pm for a light bite. Their banana cake is still dry, unable to taste much banana in it. Person preparing Ice Teh Jia Xi (Ice tea with additional milk) made it not really nice with the taste of tea too "Siap"/ Bitter taste on drinking it.

Early Morning .... void no customers! Rude services; manned by 2 male staff don’t care what is basic customer service! My experience was not even a decent level of basic service rendered to me. Please check your CCTV . My donation is 99cts to Toastbox/ Breadtalk group. I prep my Shopee redemption n swipe my order in his present which this counter male staff appear disgruntled n not interested. I assumed he knows my order for preparation. He mumbled to me to stay away from him go corner lah. I did for compliance with SDM. A moment passed I ask if my order was prep ? He reply what ??? !! .....another male from the corner came out n ask ‘simi taichi? To me they appeared unruly n hostile so I decided to leave without my item in case they sabotage my bread, I no longer trust. Your services hasn’t got any better. Donated to Breadtalk Group/Toastbox after swiped. Rude ! Tell your team what is lacking here is the engagement of meaningful suggestive selling collaborative sales initiatives already partnering with Shopee by selling discounted Toast to bring more customers to your outlets! Mindfulness...your outlet was empty! It would have been.... “Hi would you like a kopi o or teh c/beverages to go with your kaya butter toast? “ Yes/No ? Then proceed with SOP prep of items. In essence Precursor initiatives was nowhere in place.....leaving the customer flabbergasted utterly astonished! -no toast for the customer ??‍♀️ -sales ??

Toast Box is a must try in Singapore! I loved everything on the menu. The peanut butter toast is so simple but delicious. The hot chocolate is so delicious. The hot milk tea is super delicious!!! Everything is a must try. The service is quick.

Possibly the cutest and most sad looking bolo bun I've ever come across. Apart from being really small in size, they've utterly destroyed the crust. Recipe needs serious improvements.

One of the busier outlets of the chain. Situated at ground level of Chinatown point mall. Menu are the usual affairs. There is an island just outside the shop that provides separate seatings. In all place sits approximately 40 pax, all indoor and airconditioned.

Located inside Chinatown Point Complex. Always have a constant crowd. A bit hard to find a seat during meal/tea times, and with the space distancing measures. Even harder to get seats. The food is quite standard. Service is quite fast. And staffs are fast and efficient. Overall feeling is clean and bright.

Came for local coffee, and find it taste bitter with no fragrance. In all, it's difficult to find local coffee (Kopi) with the hint of coffee fragrance. Update at end: the kopi taste more bitter with each sip

The barista here on 23rd June, 10.40am was so rude to my mom who politely asked to pour some hot water in her cup of tea. The barista intentionally poured the hot water until it overflow and made a remark to my mom “哪,多烧水 lor”. This was unnecessary and she could’ve just gave a small cup of hot water on the side.
