β β β β β The medical service is really good. The doctor was very good dealing with kids and my daughter was happy all the time. However one of the nurses was impolite and disrespectful when I explained to her I needed to leave after waiting to pay the bill for 20 minutes.

β β β β β Dr Vasanthi- Wary of overprescription. I took my 4 year daughter for her chest congestion. No cough, just congestion. She prescribed her 2 antibiotics, 3 steroids and 2 other medicines, all to be taken daily. (I wasn't even informed they were steroids. )

β β β β β Very bad administrative support. We made an appointment more than a month ago yet when we arrived, the receptionist/nurse asked what we were doing there as they 'didnt have a clinic that day'. Apparently, the doctor was on leave which was totally understandable but what was not acceptable was why we were not informed that no doctor would be around. They definitely knew of the leave in advance as there was a sign on the door that another doctor would be covering the morning slots. Also, since ours was an evening appointment, again, they definitely had time to call us and reschedule. Noone did coz noone there remembered we had an appointment. Nurse had to check the computer system before admitting that we indeed had an appointment. Shouldnt the most basic SOP when doctors go on leave be to check for affected appointments and reschesule? Wasted our time rushing there after work.
If you plan to visit this clinic, take the initiative to do their job for them and confirm doctor's availability before going down.

β β β β β One of the best Paediatrician I have seen so far in Singapore .
my kid have high fever(39.5) and not going down so we are worried where to go and I found Dr vasanthi in couple of recemendations in Google . She spend lot of time to understand and created position atmosphere . She gave medicine to my kid and he is perfectly fine with in one day . Thanks to Dr Vasanthi.
Staff also so kind and polite . only one parents allowed inside due to covid restrictions so they keep updated status about my kid . Clinic is so clean and neat!

β β β β β Extremely flustered doctor and highly passive staff. Doctor did not listen to what we said about our childβs ability to consume oral medicine and gave anti vomiting medication that made her vomit immediately after. Very disappointed as our usual clinic and doctor at kinder clinic paragon were competent and efficient in contrast
