Unprofessional services. Money oriented operation. My daughter came in with UTI. Clinic asked to do an urine test which is fine. Then when we rushed to send in the sample, they told my helper that they were going to do a much more expensive test without consulting with me or explaining to me why they had to do it. And also lied saying they already sent the sample to the lab which they didn't until later in the day. They also prescribed antibiotics for my 4 years old knowing there is risk that she might be allergic to it. For the medicine, I have told them that I would get it from a local pharmacy instead of running back to the clinic for the third time of the day. Instead, they called my husband, lied to him about that we could only get the medicine from their clinic before they shut. My husband had to drop off everything at work and rushed to clinic to get something we could have easily got from a pharmacy. They also charged him S$170 after charged me S$120 to begin with which should include the urine test already. They failed to send me the test result they charged us for after I emailed them twice to ask. I would not recommend this clinic as they only care about profit instead of patient's wellbeing. To reply to Thomson Paediatric Center comment: we have tried to communicate with you at the time by email and phone. However all our communication effort was ignored. No explanation, not even an excuse provided. Quite disappointed.

Dr ong is very cheerful and lovely to two of our babies. Great service. My son loves going here. Pricing is on the high side but that is i guess the standards of a specialized pediatric clinic. No problems with their services at all.

Location The place is quite convenient to reach by bus. Clinic Its a small clinic but with play area for kids. Quite clean and organised Doctor They have only one doctor. If the doctor is on leave, they close the clinic. The doctor is - patient - understandable - breastfeeding friendly - gives her views about situations but doesn't force to follow - picked up symptoms and explained them well Overall baby was not fussy visiting the place and experience was good Pricing Its little on the higher side. If you take appointment in the evening, visiting charges are more than morning. The cost of One time registration, visiting in evening and antibiotics was $S277. I would recommend the doctor to friends and will continue with her for rest of my time in Singapore.

Dr. Ong and her team colleagues are always professional and have gentle and cheerful attitude to their little patients. They don't overcharge, don't overprescribe. Stickers and cookies they give help with positive experience for children.

Came here on a friend's recommendation and found Dr Ian to be very caring, patient. She is thorough and picked up on my daughter's symptoms, which another reputable PD had missed just the day before. Contrary to other reviews, I found pricing to be reasonable and in line with other PDs, and the nurses/front staff were both professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend to other mummies and daddies who are considering a PD for their little ones.

I am a regular customer of this PD centre for many years. I brought my 6 year old to see the PD at 8.30am as she has been vomiting several times. She was being rejected to see doctor as her sister was tested positive few days ago. I brought the older sister to visit the same PD then. I told the nurses all the household members (including the younger sis) was tested negative, but was still rejected. IS THIS THE PRACTISE BY THOMSON? IS THIS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOH? IS THE DOCTOR ALLOWED TO REJECT PATIENTS AT TIMES LIKE THIS, WITH NO SYMPATHY?? Professionalism? Empathy? Caring for patients?

I visited this clinic on 25/04/2022. All the nurses are very friendly, patience and helpfull. The nurse also give us a big tin of formula milk for free ?? The doctor is very good, patience, and give the correct medicine for my baby. This is the best clinic I ever visited, highly recommended. Thanks a lot Doctor and Nurses for helping my baby. Worrying about an infant’s health is something no parents will want to go through. First time coming here and we are impressed. Dr Ian (Ms) is very experienced and made us feel a lot better. Also the staff are all very friendly and nice. Bill (cost) is similar to other PD I believe.
