★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both website and even outside the clinic states closed at 5, went there at 4.45 and was turned down. Chased away with no we close alrd. Didn’t even state last registration timing or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best clinic I ever been to! Dr Wong and Dr Chen displayed professionalism and patiently answered all my enquiries about PCR test. Dr Wong went an extra mile to check more information for me, which I am super grateful for it. Even the receptionist nurses are friendly :)

Rude and absolutely no courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist named Charlotte was very rude. Answered the call with "ahhh?" Wasnt even done enquiring, she put down the phone. I believe i was enquiring for basic information which i needed to prepare before going there but she was not equipped with that knowledge as well as basic customer service skill. I changed my mind going to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Wong is a caring and friendly doctor! Thank you for calling to check and make sure my daughter ( 5 month ) old baby is recovering well! The price is affordable too with wonderful & helpful staff. ( Thank you to the nurse ( lady ) at the reception table too! )
Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the clinic. Highly recommend to visit this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a test today morning (saturday), i didnt receive the sms on the result. Dr Wong take initiative to called back and explain to me the protocol and result, Dr Wong also explain in case emergency during the public holiday which clinic can I go to. Thanks Dr Wong, appreciate your effort..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr is very caring and thorough when checking for ang illness… Dr Wong even stopped what he was doing and asked if I have stress in my life coz it just shows in my face and he offer to listen! I am amazed at how he is just so caring as a GP. I have never once got this treatment from any doctor. Its no wonder the clinic is overwhelmed with patients that trust them!
