While I eat my MCD for breakfast And KFC for lunch So what should I have for dinner? … Tik Tok Tik Tok … Passing thru Ion Orchard food court area, one shop which caught my attention (sorry NOC) was a chef wearing an orange hat It was KOFR … King of Fried Rice Ordered XO Fried Rice Pork Cutlet. 8.9 dollars Waited 5 minutes and finally food was served! Every grain of the rice was coated with egg and XO flavours. The was a slight wok hei taste and pairing with sambal adds a spicy dimension to it. I find the fried rice is good enough without the sambal. The creme de la creme was the pork cutlet. The meat was properly seasoned and it was tendered. Pairing the rice and the cutlet adds on the umami palate to my taste bud Worthwhile breaking my carb calories fasting Ho Chiak!

But for the fried rice taste itself, it is pretty bland… so i prefer their competitor, W*KHEY as their rice is more fragrant! Haha IMPORTANT TIPS : Eat fried rice while its hot, it always feels 1.5x nicer than when its cold.
C	C Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the fried rice tasted normal nothing impressive. pork cutlet tasted ok, chili not spicy at all. overall portion quite big for the price of $6.90. if u are a small eater might want to consider takeaway or share with ur friend/family. i cannot finish my rice :(

No doubt their fried rice was very yummy, personally I like XO fried rice. N, remember to add their chilly, fantastic ? Pork cutlet little too strong in pepper taste , for kids or those who can’t take spicy might need to consider not to order.
