★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly come here and they give great service with a smile. I accidentally dropped my drink one night and I got a free replacement. So nice. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this branch is has always been an issue.
Even worst so now that they started on GRABFOOD. Don’t get me wrong I have no issues with companies trying to get through these tough times.
HOWEVER, that being said the wait time at this branch is RIDICULOUS. I order at 10.02pm and waited close to 15 mins for a SINGLE DRINK. A 2.80 drink with no toppings. It is quite simply filling a cup and sealing it. (Which made me late for my movie) There was no queue, nobody else waiting for drinks. It was all grab delivery.
Save yourself the time and head over to Koi northpoint city instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice options. You can choose the level of sugar for all drink in multiple levels. They lose me when the don’t accept electronic payments that is why they have a lower rate. They’re loosing the race against technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 drinks, but only received 3 drinks. To make it worst, send me the wrong drinks. Super slow in service. Feedback to Foodpanda, get a refund which did not even cover the cost of 1 drinks. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located below golden village cinema so you can have a nice drink before or after movie. Otherwise, it is convenient enough for you to get a drink anyways. I always get the drinks with taro q, which is like half real taro bits and half mochi texture. Apparently they keep your drinks in a fridge so it remains cold when you collect them. I don't experience this elsewhere so this is a cool gesture. Also, I did not suggest that you can sneakily bring in a cup (it's sealed anyways) for your movies haha
