Preparation time excruciatingly long, so long that the snow strawberry lulu @ 50% sugar level (strawberry slush with cheese foam cap) turned into liquid by the time it was poured from the blender. Not only that, the yuzu slush @ 100% sugar level, while partially liquefied, had ice chunks in it despite the long preparation time. The flavouring syrup used were extremely thin, be it at 50% or 100% sugar level, the sugar syrup taste overpowered the flavours. Extremely overpriced for such quality, even neighborhood bbt shops can do a better job with their flavouring. Packaging wise, service staff enquired if we wanted the drinks bagged separately, said yes and they spent the next minute looking for the carrier. Not to mention, their bags were so tall, there was no way to drink on the go.

They had queue calling system but didn’t utilize it. End up, their staff missed my number and made me wait for nothing for a good 15 mins.they really should consider retraining for this female staff by the name of ting kang
