m	mcoi cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is the far best courier we have here in Philippines, they are good on taking your parcel but not transferring your money. Their process on how to transfer money will take you forever comparing on other money transfer shops.
I	Ira Rose Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service on box pickup. They won’t help you at all if they find the house has no lift and you are unable to pay them extra $10.00. So I have to moved it by myself from 3rd floor and those 2 local guys just waiting for me downstairs. They even told me that if I won’t pay them for $10 they will not take my box. So I have no choice but to do it myself as I already took my leave today waiting for them to collect it. They even told me that taking the leave is my problem. And asked me to hurry up in moving the Large box from 3rd floor to ground as they will not wait for me.

I recon they just leave it hanged to prevent callers from getting through. This is a damn good way to shoo customers away. Way to go LBC Team!!! Congratulations for loosing a client. Better get rid of your phone as it's useless and gives customers false expectation.

Driver didn't even knock the door or ring the bell on our flat. 1st call we've missed out but the next call about 5mins difference, he (driver) saying that he's out of the area coz nobody on the flat. Oh come on for 5 to 10 minutes you can't even wait!!! What kind of SERVICE is this. He didn't even wait until the customer pick the phone and confirm whether there's someone on the area. PLEASE, make a good service for this period of time atleast. Hard to report on this kind of issue. Even the support people just gave me a wrong contact number for their warehouse, and why you need to give the number you as a support must follow up this issues and not the customer who is trying to find out what will be the next step when the driver never pick up the box. il Leave you a Big Clap.. LBC.. hoping for you guys to make a better and personal relation with your customers. ------------- Thank you Ms. Sharon (Manager) of LBC Singapore for the immediate action taken place regarding my concern.
A	Adrian Pe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't go wrong with LBC since they are a well known and reputable company. Prices are a little bit lowe compared to its competitors and the staff here are very helpful. They also offer a SGD 10 discount if you bring and pack the items in their store.

When the staff came to pick up the parcel, he said the their estimated price from the website is not correct one. My question is.. If your price in your website is not correct why don't you remove it? You caused people misunderstanding and waste my time. Bad experience!!

Original, they advise me the departure is on every Monday. It has been 2 weeks and still no news of ETD. Ppl are in need to send their package back to the Philippines asap. Not going to use their service anymore.
