★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience! Ask to queue for 2 hours end up the staff Karen ask to come back tomorrow! Queue from 2pm and now is only 4.15pm they have to close. NO MORE NEXT TIME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone always busy and if there is ringing, no one answers. You can try desperately for hours n yet no one answers. There are no other alternatives to reach them, no emails provided etc except to make a physical trip there. If not for the good doctor, I will not hesitate to revert back to AMK Polyclinic where systems are in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is better than a polyclinic. Doctor and staff are so so. Government subsidies apply.
But good luck trying to reach them by phone! Given other similar reviews, perhaps the staff mute the phone to avoid answering because whenever I've been there, the phone doesn't ring much. And when it does, they don't bother to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly at the clinic and over the phone too. I had made a few adjustments to my appointments and they're always helpful. From staff at the entrance to front desk to lab to pharmacy to the doctors even. Visits were always pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy to get my 3rd dose of vaccine at this clinic. Very organised and staff were very helpful. Very good experience, most importantly the doc and staff did not make me feel like it was a crime for my choice of vaccine.
