w	wei wei ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the clinic for bodyaches and slight dry throat. Was refused treatment and staff clinic told me to go to another clinic as I would required an ART test and their clinic is full. But there is only 1 patient waiting in the clinic and the indian lady behind me in the queue was accepted for registration when i obviously came before her. Asked the clinic staff why the indian lady behind me was accepted but not me? Her reply to me was because i required ART test, and they are full, unable to do it. This is my first and last time to this clinic.

However, the middle-aged bespectacled receptionist with dyed ponytail is terrible to the point where I simply cannot give more than 1 star. Really rude, didn't even bother calling my full name when it was my turn (they don't have a queue number system), and was completely unprofessional to everyone in the clinic who was dressed in home-clothes. From my observation she seems to always call the wrong name on purpose for some reason, as nearly everyone she called seemed put off by her pronunciation of their name. I had to specify very clearly that my name was clearly spelled out in my IC. 10/10 would not return.

Came again at 10 and was told to rudely to do the declaration and to wait outside of the clinic, in the heat. The clinic did not provide any extra chairs for the patients to wait for their turn to see the doc. In the air-conditioned clinic was just one other patient and the receptionists. I nearly fainted. Terrible service.
R	R Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sore throat, cough, fever, art+ and >50yr. According to moh instruction, I should see a doctor. I visited the clinic, the nurse told me they were fully booked. Then I asked what was the earliest available slot. She said 330pm, but rejected my booking. She ordered me to go back home immediately, and called them two hours later, then she would decide to accept my booking or not. I was wondering why I could not book now. There was only 2 or 3 patients there. She said she was busy, no time for me. Ordered me go go go, do not spread virus here. I understand they are afraid of getting virus. I am their customer for years. Will never visit this clinic any more. Too bad.
S	Ser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont deserve a star all. The receptionist turned me away at 1120am stating the clinic is closing soon. The clinic closes at 12pm. I don't understand why is there a need to chase the patients away when it is not even crowded. When I ask where is the nearest clinic I could go to, she just ask me to goggle. I m having high fever of 38.5 and feeling very unwell. But the receptionist just gave a flat face carry on with her routine and ignore the situation. Seriously, the doctor should look into how his receptionists are treating the patients.
D	Diana LP Loo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bad encounter this evening. Told the counter staff that I'm seeing doc, she was all ready to register me until she asked what for. Told her I have a slight sore throat and was immediately told they are FULL for CV related cases. Then said u didn't see the sign outside the door? I did ART before going to the clinic and was -ve! How ridiculous that they turn patients away like this without further probing. Utterly bad customer service.

Honestly, the receptionist is totally obnoxious. Thank goodness I could contain my anger whenever I visit to this clinic. As mentioned by other reviewers, she tend to chase people away and be impatient despite the clinic has 2-3 patients. She really needs to be reprimanded and admonished for her attitude. In addition, one of the doctors, Dr Wong could be rude depending on his mood.
S	Stephanie Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my covid booster vaccine as it was nearest to where I stay. Negative experience with the receptionist as they were not friendly. I must say there was one who was really rude. After resting for 15 minutes, she ask if there is any issues. I walked up to her and ask if I could leave, she said impatiently, “Wait first wait first, I need to generate your certificate.” If the clinic was busy I could have easily understood the impatientness. But the clinic had barely 2-3 patients only. Doctor was quite nice though.
