LiHO TEA @ Orchard Gateway - 277 Orchard Rd

Singapore fruit tea was tasty, less sugar is recommendable.

The two slowest workers work at this place, because today I had to wait for almost 20 minutes for a medium sized drink with no queue infront of me! But the drinks of customers that came after me was made and given to them first. Feeling like a fool to see how they skip my queue number, so I approached them to tell that my number was not called, but they only told me "your drink is still in the making," with an unapologetic face. It's extremely disappointing. Though I don't know how difficult it is to put the ingredients into a cup, I only ordered an oat milk with the golden pearls. I typically would be patient enough to lose time for 1/3 hr but the shop wasn't even busy which is why I decided to buy there but it only made me waste time. Instead of complaining face to face and make others wait longer for their drinks, I will leave this review for the two slowest workers that don't look remorseful and welcoming to reflect on their customer service.

I am very very mad about the new change in menu and it makes it SO hard to order and the prices are more expensive!! I hate Liho now and I am going to KOI now!!! ?? Edit: I got my order and they made my tea very hot even though I wanted it cold, and they also gave me a LARGE cup of bubble tea when I ordered a SMALL one and I want a small one because I can’t finish a big cup.

The store is very big and good looking. So I bought the brown sugar milk and there isn't any more pearls. The staff recommended unicorn pearls instead and there was additional charges. The drink taste quite bad. Just like drinking sugar syrup.

I love, you love, we all love Liho Tea☺️. I haven't had anything beverage like this ever before and I absolutely loved it. Must try if you are a tourist in Singapore and willing to try local beverages.

Waited more than 15mins but no staff attended the counter. Liho orchard gateway management, make sure u do something about this.

Liho has always been one of my favourite milk tea chained join in Singapore. Used to love the royal milk guanyin. (This is the oldest form of the name & most OG way of calling it I think) They always have a perfect balance of milk to tea ratio in my opinion which is best suited for my preference. Nowadays you can also find some good deals/promotion via telegram groups or online shopping platform.

we came to the store because of the limited edition cupsleeve, asked the cashier whether they had it, proceeded to say yes without asking her co worker, when we got our drinks the other girl said they didn't have it. this could have just been solved if they communicated. staff are lazy and unmotivated to work. very slow despite long queue. the person who made the drinks only served after she made 10-15 drinks, so all the drinks just sat there condensing because she took so long to make every drink. this is very unpleasant to watch because she just took her time and served the drinks every 15-20 minutes. wasting all of the customers time as if they have no respect and could not care less about their job. very unprofessional, unbothered attitude. staff should be able to communicate with each other. consider properly training them before you make them work the whole outlet by themselves. thanks
