★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. I had great drink in this chain in shoppes. That's where my standard was. But here quality is very poor, barely any tasty, very watery, lots of many strings which is showing they don't have standard choosing mangos. If that would be my first time, I would never try Hey Tea again. ION branch drink was also poor quality. Looks like only in shoppes they now how to make it proper.

Service crew here also attentive and offered to move me to a more spacious seat while waiting for my order.

Liked the taste and texture of the bubbles.
This outlet has seats, unlike the one in ION.
Didn't have to wait for long despite the crowd.
