★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legend says if you patronise a shop for the 3rd time, there must be something that brings you back. Is it the luxury of golden seats and tables at a bubble tea shop? Could it be friendly customer service and attractive members program? Or is it the rich tea flavour that lingers in your tastebuds?
For me, its a combination of all 3. Well done to the staff and team to mantain a certain level of standard. Consistency is key. Come and try ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried a new bbt and I loved the Jam’s Oolong Milk Tea!! The oolong was sooo fragrant and the taste was on the stronger side. Couldn’t stop drinking!! It’s definitely a drink I will repurchase. Open outlet in the East please ??
Hehe they also have a free membership programme with welcome drink and birthday drink too - I redeemed the welcome drink ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a small seating area when you can enjoy your tea. i went on Tuesday and Pooi Yee who was the staff taking our order was friendly and she would introduce some drinks shown on the menu.Tea is fragrant and prepared to my preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bubble tea! Love the tea flavor. Recommend the Mingjian Oolong Tea. You can even mix 2 diff toppings at a price a one. Came Roasted Milk tea had nice tea taste too.
Staff were friendly and nice place to sit & chat.
