★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to give an online shout to Derek from 313; very warm and kind towards us. I have been treated very well 100% of the time by Milksha. Their staff take pride in their product and how they deliver it (consistent cup all the time). A mis-order yesterday and yet it proved their dedication to the brand. The resolution only after I got home and contacted them online was fast and concerned and more than satisfactory. Thank you MilkSha! Look at their product information on their website, for that price for me Milksha delivers the best cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great, but do not recommend the earl gray latte 0% as it was rather bland (not jst because it’s 0% sugar but Earl gray flavour was not deep). Would recommend the milk series instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good if you are a fresh milk lover but I can’t really take fresh milk so my choices are limited. Had a free earl grey latte before and it was not bad. Also tried their orange green tea which is nice but not memorable. Ordered matcha for my friend without azuki beans but don’t understand why can’t they give more matcha in lieu of the beans.

$1.50 for an Oolong tea seems like a fair price - though the tea used to be a lot more fragrant than it is now, not consistent in quality across the various outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly no queue so could get our order in quickly. We ordered one of their signature chocolate drink which ended up tasting exactly like chocolate milk, not even the premium kind. Not worth the money and calories. Probably better to stick to their other offerings than chocolate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going to hire people, at least hire people that are enthusiastic about their jobs.
I ordered a tea with 30% sugar (least) and it tasted so sweet and when i asked, she glared at me fiercely and said that it was already 30%.
The counter girl simply had an attitude, did not smile and looked like she rather be killed and be somewhere else then to be there.
She even slammed my drink down and threw the change my way.
Seriously, thats super rude
In that case, why work retail?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Earl grey latte via a Shopee flash sale. I’m glad I got it at a flash sale because after tasting, I can’t imagine paying full price for it.
Perhaps it’s my preference for stronger flavours, or perhaps it was indeed bland.
I’ve tried about 3 different milksha products by now and sad to say, none of it hits the spot.
