★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to queue for a short while before I was let in. Surprisingly busy for a weekday afternoon. Staff was very well-trained - good manners, polite and well-informed of product range. Went there to look-see, but ended up picking up something after some very patient and precise recommendation by a sales associate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the best LV outlet to head to! Over here, the service staff are really attentive and friendly. The staff that attended to be was really patient and understand when I was taking quite some time to make my decision.
It was seemingly quieter than the MBS branch which I liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have a nice LV Shopping experience - dont go there. One young lady had an attitude that was out of this world. My girlfriend already picked out something for me when i wasnt there yet. When i arrived she didnt even greet nor look at me.
I ended up buying it because i love the product, but that was really a disappointing experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service that we had today at ion orchard LV! The young lady sales person was so reluctant to serve us..we were looking for small leather goods and end up we didn’t buy because don’t feel comfortable to the service render! Never want to go back to this place again! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the guy introducing the packback to my wife at around 16:30 … just chat on the phone… don’t adjust the strap for customer… ask me rudely to wear mask even I just pull it down to whisper with my wife… maybe he thought we don’t have money to buy LV stuff, even we’ve just bought a gucci handbag. Great attitude…
Checked previous reviews and found that bad attitude looks like traditional behavior here… I complained this to one nice guy to see what happens…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think most of the SA are heavy smokers, not against smokers but just that throughout the whole process of showing you items and recommendations there’s very strong cigarette smell. Made me wonder am I in the nightclub or Boutique. In the end I bought from other luxury boutique. Well I just feel that LV being a top tier luxury brand should also take note of these little details.

I remember 3yrs ago when I visit the store, I was completely plain from head to toe with no make-up at all (basic shirt, jeans & sandals) and I was looking at this ring for quite some time and the staff let me try it on. She even offered me to try the pair necklace, which ofcourse I did not hesitate. It was surreal for me to wear a very luxurious piece of jewelry I know I can’t buy. ??
