★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience at lululemon in Takashimaya. Queue was well managed despite a long queue, with estimated time being informed to shoppers joining the queue. The gentleman manning the queue was also really friendly and explained the shopping experience and what to look out for before entering the store.
Service was excellent throughout and staff were knowledgeable about their product offering and seemed genuinely helpful in making recommendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the shop yesterday evening. I have got dissapointment on their services, not only that they are not friendly, but showing sign of arrogant. On the other hand, the staffs at Ion Orchard outlet was super friendly and helpful to get my inquiries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I stepped in, the staff at Lululemon @ Takashimaya were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. They provided sound recommendations on the type & size of sports bra/leggings I should get based on the workouts I do. I don’t think I’ve encountered such friendly & proactive service at most shops! Was afraid that shopping at Lululemon would be very overwhelming (given the sheer variety of sportswear to choose from), but the staff really made it such a seamless and enjoyable experience. Thanks for that! ?

My mum made her purchase at around 11.29 AM today and when she asked whether they could be gift wrapped, the service personnel (a woman with light green top and bottom) provided her the gift wrap and haughtily said that she could have it wrapped herself. My mum left the store with the gift unwrapped.
