I	Irene Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store always got no stock for my size S. Waste of time trying on the clothes and then to find out only left display piece. Will think twice whether I wanna walk in anymore.. is waste of time.
L	Li Hui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this store. Tried calling multiple times but no pick up therefore came down to look for the dress and staff told me no stock when it was stated online that there is limited stocks available. Wasted time and money travelling down for nothing.

The staffs are always so customer friendly and willing to help . And the brand constantly have new collection updated every week,which is really harmful for my wallet . Lol !
J	Jing Yi Ow Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the cashier took the wrong new item out, not the one I brought to the cashier. I told her it was wrong and she said “oh is it?”. Then when I checked the new item, it was faulty (making clicking sounds when it’s not supposed to) so I requested for another new piece. The cashier asked me “why” and said maybe because it’s new, that’s why it clicks ? I told her it’s not the case and I’m certain since I have the same thing at home and when it was newly purchased, it didn’t make that sound.She had the cheek to ask me to check and try the sample piece to see if it clicks. Of course, the good sample piece was NOT clicking. This cashier had no respect for her customer, poor knowledge of the products and really bad attitude. Editor’s, you can do better. It’s pathetic that your flagship store has bad many bad reviews and ratings are so poor. I’m also appalled that no one from your company replies to them?
M	Maggie J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since TEM closed its west branch at Westgate, I thought I’d make the trip down to Takashimaya to try on their clothes. However, sizes and styles were very limited instore —several of the items featured online could not be found. Sizes were mostly XS/XL and was told that what’s displayed on the rack are the sizes left. Left feeling rather disappointed as I had eyed a few pieces online that I wanted to try IRL before I made the purchase.

The shop has sacrificed its charm for this soulless massive space. Couple of things struck me - No support staff to help out Clothes placed haphazardly all around so its difficult to focus Couldnt find my size and no one was there to help out No fresh interesting designs High time that it stops trying to be a Zara but embrace its own roots.
G	Ghostly Acorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this store and the staffs there were really helpful. I was impressed with the condition of the store as it was always tidy each time I visit. I would like to praise all the staffs for their patience and effort as even at peak periods they managed to help me find the sizes that I requested…Some of them even assisted me in styling the clothes that I picked and I appreciate their sincere and honest opinions. I was appalled at the bad reviews here at google as I had a different experience from them.. This is first time purchasing at the store since their opening and I will definitely come back and support.
