The promotional item Kyohu No Mazesoba was great! Very value for money with lots of protein. Would return again for this promotion.

The reviews on here are either acceptable of the food quality, or express disappointment. Unfortunately, my experience was the latter. The chicken cutlet toji (pictured) was nothing like advertised in their menu. My dish was a small portion of breaded cutlet swimming in a shallow eggy broth. It was a sad looking dish that also tasted the same and failed to satisfy. The miso soup was salty. The gyoza passable. The noodles of the Cha Shu “Red” Ramen was over cooked and the broth was diluted. Save your calories for elsewhere.

Tried the Black Garlic Tsukemen. The soup itself wasn't what I would expect it to be? I don't think it was fragrant or garlicky enough. The ramen was cooked well, the cha shu felt hard and cold, especially the fat. It seem as though it was cooked and leftover for some time. The fried rice is not too bad, but the dish that standout to me most was the original gyoza. Service was really good like what others say though. Only saving grace here.

I only do ramen reviews. Restaurant. Menya Musashi in Singapore. (Bottom of Takashimaya) This was a pretty garbage bowl of ramen. The broth had poor mouth feel (thin with no complexity) and it had been nuked with Ajinomoto to make up for it. The toppings were uninspired and pretty one dimensional. I wouldn’t eat here again. ??/5 IG: 80ishplusramen

Ramen is clumpy and stuck together Cha shu cold, tough, flavorless Amazing how a place can mess up miso soup Ramen broth has enough MSG to induce hypertension Gyoza is pretty damn salty 1 star goes to their hojicha which is the highlight of the meal

One of the best ramen in town. Quality of food and services are great. Gyoza is really delicious. With some crispy burnt on the skin. Tsukemen has the 2 or 3 portion noodle volume and free. Be careful the queue line has 2 place so ensure that you dont bypass anyone at the Line 2.

Decent place for dinner on a Monday evening. It is not just a place for nice ramen but also fried rice and don. Their side dishes are great too especially the gyozas! Fried to crispy and it definitely taste different. I believe they have some bits of ginger minced with pork in the gyoza. As for the ramen they have different style of soup base. You can choose normal, black, spicy and mala. Mala is either a hit or miss for some people. Combining mala and japanese ramen does have it's risk but to some people it's a good choice. I think the pork chop is not as tender as some japanese places. Quite tough as pork chops are hard to cook to tenderness. Other than that the rest of the dishes are definitely worth a try.

Tsukemen (red spicy) is good, 1X set meal is already filling. Wonder why there is so many negative reviews. Probably the noodle served is better for eating Tsukemen but they use the same even for the Tonkotsu broth?
