Hidden ramen gem in Newest. Super thick and flavourful broth and the price is so reasonable too! ($12.90 nett) The cha shu in the ramen come in huge pieces, I couldn't finish the 2nd piece which is quite rare for me. I would really recommend this place?

I enjoyed the omu rice special from this ramen store hidden in this strata mall. It was cozy, the food warmed me up, and it was very filling and satisfying.

Simple place with great (severely under-rated) ramen at affordable prices. The Chashu are one of the thickest and most tender I have eaten. Will come back again!

We had the spinach tonkatsu ramen and added additional char siew for $1. Very thick and rich pork broth, with fried spinach and lots of seaweed. Noodles were springy Was a very special and enjoyable. On a tad more of the oily side, so will (personally) ask for less oil. They have a chinese herbal soup one too that i canโ€™t wait to try ($18.90) And my bro will be trying their wagyu ramen ($18.90) next

Ramen broth is siding more towards thicker and has saltier taste profile to my personal liking. Taste very authentic. So if you might wanna opt for less salty if thatโ€™s what you prefer. It deserves more crowd and Iโ€™ll definitely return again.

cosy shop space with very good ramen. good mix of fatty and lean meat slices and slight spicy kick at level 1 for the broth. overall a great no-frills experience, will be back to try the other items on their menu!

A hidden ramen place within Newest mall. A small restaurant with around 4 tables. They serve mainly Tonkotsu ramen with a few variations. Price of their ramen are decently priced as well, around $10.90 onwards for their Tonkotsu styled ramen. Ordered two ramen: 1) Spicy Tonkotsu 2) Chinese Herbal ramen Do note that they allow slight customization for their ramen (level of saltiness/oil/hardness of noodles). I choose normal for all categories. The spicy Tonkotsu is served with thin white noodles, 4 pieces of Japanese Char Siew and a piece of Nori. The broth is decently pleasant, just a little light on their normal level for my palate. You should go for the highest level if you prefer strong Tonkotsu flavour. The Chinese herbal ramen tasted like a Shoyu styled broth with a slight Chinese medical herbal soup flavour. The Chinese herbs are not super strong flavoured in this. So don't expect a super herby Chinese soup when you order this. Personally I prefer their Tonkotsu over this. Can't remember how many piece of char Siew there was but definitely way more pieces than the Tonkotsu. The star of their ramen is definitely the Japanese Char Siew. Slightly thin sliced char Siew pieces with half lean and half fats portions. The fat really melts in your mouth when you bite into it. They have better char Siew than most places that offer big pieces of lean, thick and dry char Siew that just don't taste as good. A good hidden place for Tonkotsu ramen and I do suggest to order extra pieces of char Siew with your ramen. Other tables that night ordered some teppanyaki dishes and the sauce smells really good from their table, will try them next time.
