β β β β β This is the first time I experience such terrible service from a Mcdonalds Outlet and it really left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Ordered Nuggets EVM but was refused Nacho Cheese Sauce when i asked for it. The lady staff by the name of Tracy was very rude. She say no nacho cheese sauce because you never order nuggets Ala Carte. I ordered Nuggets EVM, every MCdonalds give the Sauce. If not how to eat the nuggets. The Store Activities Representative Prithav was equally rude and arrogant. Pls look into the service standard of this Mcdonalds seriously.

Order place on 23:47 1st of June, and with table service no 35, wait til 00:07 which is already going to 30min wait, when i going to the collection point, the crew was just want to prepare my order, after the crew done my order, the crew want me to collect myselfοΌοΌοΌI was thinking what the........, hello, i am place the order as table serving, your crew still want me to pick up by myselfοΌ
I know was busy on delivery, but if u dont care on your walk in custs, u will only get alot of dissatisfied complaint, POOR of the management, u should fire all those useless management staff, lousyοΌοΌ

I ordered 3 hamburgers, No pickles, more onions and mustard.
Could see the lady key in wrongly as 'Xtra pickles, no onion, no mustard' so I read it out again and she keyed in accordingly.
What came after were these?

β β β β β Ordered from drive thru and sadly the sundaes were shortchanged as they were only 60% filled. We used to see the tip of the soft serve at the level of the cover but now the standard of proportion has downgraded. There is more room of improvement.

β β β β β Warm burger. Warm latte. Capacity control. Nice environment. Great place for early dinner after Splash! 3-4:30pm slot. Dinner crowd comes around 5:30pm on a Sat.

β β β β β Have been eating since young, but not often. It's been 2 years since I last visit a Mac. This outlet cooks especially tasty Happy meals! Was so impressed by the taste that I couldn't resist finishing my food cleanly. Kudos to the cook at this outlet! 10 stars easily.
And thank you for the free sundae. Definitely coming back again, in 2 years time.
