S	Siti Norliza Selamat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiosk only one was working. Went over to the physical counter, but the manager told us bluntly to go to kiosk and queue up. Only after that, he put on a sign to say no card payment kiosk. But I was going to pay via cash. Very inflexible, did not approach customers with sincerity. I didn't know BK no longer accept cash. Other BK outlets no issue with payment modes and customer service.
L	Lim Rick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 14-jul 7pm. There was a big crowd of people waiting for their orders. Staffs were looking quite lost and filling of orders were very slow and chaotic. The floor manager was just going trying to get things done but not controlling the staff and crowds. As a result more and more people continue to order food and end up waiting for a long time for their orders. Luckily most of the customers were quite cool headed even thou the wait was so long. Finally managed to get my order around 8pm after waiting for an hour. One of my longest wait for "Fast Food" on a normal weekday.

Food is typical of the fastfood chains’ standards; served warm and perfect for tucking in upon receiving your orders. Always a regular at this outlet due to the fast service and dining environment. Thumbs up for maintaining the high standards!

They put their Belgian chocolate dessert advertisements big and clear there to seduce you go there, then when you order, they tell you “oh, you know what, actually we don’t have this at all, island wide!”, so you have to order something else! If you don’t serve this long time ago, why did you even market this in the first place??? And why do you still keep your big stupid Belgian chocolate posters so nicely on your website?! Their new burger also tasted horrible - with super dry & hard, and tasteless chicken. Their sauce tasted weird as well! I would never ever come here again! And I suggest you should never come as well, because you would definitely regret!
A	Akshay Maldhure on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good like most BK outlets, it was the experience with the crew that sucked. They don't seem courteous at all. I had specifically told that I'd want hot and crispy French fries with my meal (owing to my experience with most BK outlets), but it seemed like they didn't pay attention to the same. When I asked for an exchange, one of the crew members gave strange/rude looks. I even overheard one of the other crew members making fun of my request while I waited for my exchange. Another crew member was courteous though as he helped me dispose the tray and papers.

t	theguy_withstuff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger King was like most fast food restaurants, fast and tasty. I had the Long Chicken Burger with Onion Rings and Lemon Tea. The Long Chicken was tasty, probably better then any other Burger King burger and the onion rings was also tasty. The tables was clean enough and the staff was good, price a-bit more then I liked though. Overall, if McDonald’s is full of people then you go here to eat.
