β β β β β Pros: got my sandwich made in 10mins with a queue of 4 customers in front of me.
Cons: staff touched my sandwich inappropriately. She leaned forward to pick up vegetables and her apron touched the sandwich wide opened. Also, foot long bun had part of her bare hands touching it.
I want to love you Subway, as I do buy quite a lot of your sandwiches for lunch, but cleanliness much?!

β β β β β Haven't had subway in a while but surprised to find out that the food had changed from average to barely edible. Honestly for 8 bucks, there are many better options at Waterway Point.

β β β β β Staff was kind of rude. Only 1 customer eating in the whole shop, I was the 2nd customer. When I ordered was told to wait. When staff is ready, and I took my time, she was impatient her voiced was raised.

β β β β β I requested for packet sauces as I was not going to consume the sandwich right away and didnt want the sandwich to become soggy. The staff said they do not serve packet sauces and offered chili sauce instead. It was a let down...i recalled Subway used to serve packet sauces...

β β β β β the staff should be fair to those waiting in queue instead of serving the food delivery orders one after another. at least have a system in place! the food delivery orders are hogging up the service!!!! terrible and much disappointment. waited 20 mins just for them to take my order, when thereβs only 4 ppl in front of me. the photo shows the number of grab food orders in front of me. I WILL NOT COME HERE ANYMORE.

β β β β β Subway is the best. They are patient to know what you want on your sandwich and the store is usually free during non peak times. I never had to wait for a seat.

β β β β β The service was extremely slow, although there were 3 staff workers, all were not observant. They forgot my wrap in the microwave and I was left standing there. The sandwiches they folded were terrible, they were loose and the toppings fell everywhere when the wrapper was opened. Will never come back here.
