Meenara Clinic - 422 Ang Mo Kio Ave 3

Horrible. I called the clinic since 11.50am just to ask for my previous prescription. They kept telling me the clinic is busy and ask me to call back or they will call me back. But they still didn't call me back so I called again and again. total 4 or 5 calls. Then they say they will call be back. I waited. Afraid that they don't call me back, I called again. and they just say "oh we are closed. this phone is diverted. we are not in the clinic anymore". LIKE SERIOUSLY?! i called so many times and you just keep rejecting me. Okay fine maybe there may be alot of patients. but after the last patient is gone, can't you just take 5 minutes to help me check my previous presciption?!?!?! zzz

I was experiencing severe sharp pain and numbness from my neck to hip, as well as throbbing pain in my head every other day for weeks. A neck pain that was present for months. I had visited 2 clinics prior to visiting Meenara. Other clinics would see me for 3-4 mins, provide pain killers and MC passing it off as joint pain or tight muscles. This obviously did not get to the root of the problem and the pain and frustration was persistent for weeks. Amusingly is those weren’t the reasons for my pain. I visited Meenara and the doctor took 20 mins or more to ask several questions. She established how the patient does certain things, e.g. sitting posture, use of phone/laptop, etc. She also spent time explaining how a good table should be set and the distance we should have between the activity engaged in while seated. To take it a notch higher, she sent further informative information via WhatsApp to help me improve on the issue I was faced with later that evening. She made a proper diagnosis of what the actual problem was and provided me with the right medication. Just after one dose, I instantly felt better. I am so so grateful! I am rather thankful and grateful to the very young and sincere doctor for the effort and time she put into my consultation. To top that off, they weren’t pricey at all. Went for my checkup at Meenara clinic, the nurse at the reception was super chill and nice. Quite surprised she can speak perfect Chinese although she is of other race. Had to do my blood test and I was super afraid of needles and blood but the doctor and nurse (name Julia I think) was super nice, held my hand and calm me down! ?

One of the best GPs I've been to in SG. Dr Nachii was caring, very patient and thorough with her assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans, despite my anxiety and hypochondria. Julia at the front desk was also very friendly, patient and helpful. I felt that my symptoms were addressed, relevant tests and referrals were done, and it was the lowest fees I've ever paid at a clinic. I will definitely return to this clinic for my healthcare needs.

The best clinic I ever visited in Singapore! Doctor is very nice, passionate and empathetic, the prescribed medicine was effective, and the receptionist is super helpful, accommodating and really attend to every patient requests. Amazing! Highly recommended.
