β β β β β The radiologist was nice to ask me to redo the scan as she doesn't want me to come back the 2nd time. However, the entire experience in the clinic was unpleasant, staff seems to have attitude issues and wasn't polite.

β β β β β I came to do xray. When i go in changing room to change their clothes, nurse suddenly open door without notice me and chase me faster. I just go in not even 15second, what if i already half way take off my clothes and nurse just open door?
Somemore, when i do xray, the doctor very rude also. Everything rush and temper not good. But outside only 2-3ppl r waiting.
Definitely not a good experience.

β β β β β I was referred by a clinic to take X-ray at this clinic and it has been a week, the result has not been send to the clinic according to the staff of the clinic when checked with them. I need this report to be refer to specialist and have been trying to call them. The line always got through but no one picked up the call and ended cut off. Dont know how long i need to wait????? I would never consider this x-ray clinic in future.

β β β β β This place is ridiculous. I came early to register as I needed to head to work and send my child to school. At registration I was 001. To my horror they let so many people go in before me. Waited for more than 45mins and only after I demanded I get to do my x ray. The staff initially just told me to sit and just wait for my turn and basically until I demanded, my file was just idling at the registration counter and the rest of the patient files are with the x ray staff

β β β β β Refered by GP clinic to do an ultrasound. The person who done ultrasound scanning was very unprofessional. Never give proper instructions to me as a patient. The attitude was very rude. Ultrasound room was also have unpleasant smell. Overall experience negative. Not recommended.

β β β β β Came on a Saturday at 8.35am. There were already about 7 ppl before me. Took a queue number and queue number was called after 15 min of waiting. Spent 5 min settling payment. Then my FDW finished her X-ray in about 5 min. Fast and efficient.
I was told to walk in when I got a referral here but Iβve to agree they donβt pick up their phones as often. I called on Friday at 2pm, 2.40pm but they only picked up at 4.50pm.

β β β β β I was referred to this clinic to do an x-ray for my index finger and ribs today (20th Jan, 2022). I've been trying to call them since morning but no answer at all until now - it's now 3pm Singapore Time. If you have any emergency, please avoid going to this clinic at all cost. What is the point of having a phone when there is no one there to pick it up? I never expected to have such experience in Singapore. If there is a minus 5 stars, I'll give them that rating for sure!

β β β β β Today, my daughter and I were at this place to do a chest x-ray. We waited less than 15mins and got to do the x-ray so very quickly. Both the counter staffs and the radiologist were really good. We were there at 2pm and completed everything by 2:30pm. The clinic called me at 3:45pm to inform me that the x-rays were ready for collection as well. We went before the clinic opened at 2pm. If you reach ahead of their opening hour, it will be a breeze I think.
