convenient. Service is satisfactory. I love the boss aunty. She is very cheerful and always makes me feel very welcomed!

β β β β β Came down to the shop with my friend for henna service for the festive season. Showed pics for reference and the design turned out ugly. The petals were uneven and leaves turned out like teardrop design. Informed them via Whatsapp and they mentioned its difficult to do the exact design. However, we were not even informed that theyβre unable to execute it. Requested for a refund but they refused and offered to come again for a βredoβ. It makes no sense as henna stains ur hand for a few days at least (with other methods of removing) and how certain the design will turn out better than the 1st round? Utterly disappointing .

β β β β β I always ask boss-daughter to do my eyebrows threading as she is the best! The fastest and clean and follow my request. Been going there since they open the shop. My hubby also threading his eyebrows there too! Good job!

β β β β β I must say i always pop in whenever I can and its always a very pleasant experience.. the staff are always friendly and do the very best they can and provide the highest quality of service & they are absolutely gentle with handling customers which is something not many places are able to give.. this is why this place is always my regular go to & their price is reasonable. Additionally their quality of service has not decreased a day at all which is something that creates a lasting ripple effect which is why I always recommend Menakas to any friends and family
