β β β β β Friendly and awesome after sales service by Leon and team. Honest recommendations and very flexible. I was actually being difficult and kept changing my mind. Not that Iβm encouraging everyone to do so hehe. But overall, Modeste made my shopping experience very enjoyable. They solved all my problems by telling me βyou will need thisβ and Iβve compared with the others, their prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommending to everyone.

β β β β β The variety of products is a lot and may suit your needs but buying is a whole experience. The sales person does not have the enthusiasm of wanting to service us and gave us one word answer for most questions we asked. He leave us feeling that we are βstupidβ buyer.
Word of advise: Suggest the boss really choose your salesperson carefully.

β β β β β Went to Modeste on 7 Aug (Sat) to shop for bathroom and kitchen items because of the good reviews, yes they have a nice range of products and beautiful sinks, but we were disappointed with the service. There were 3 staff; the female staff was busy tending to some customers, while there were 2 male staff at the counter. The older one was tending to one customer while the younger one in white t-shirt was just standing at the counter beside him.
After browsing for about 10 minutes, we asked the female staff if there is anyone who is free to answer some of the product inquiries we have. She asked the male staff in white t-shirt to help us. He seemed reluctant to serve us, because half the time he was just standing near us and looking at his phone. He was just answering our questions one by one whenever we had, without much enthusiasm and at one point even frowned. He walked away from us after about 5 minutes. He did not bother to find out what we really want. No recommendations, no further in-depth details of the products were given. It was an unpleasant shopping experience. We left the store disappointed by the service.

β β β β β Very impressed by the range of bathroom and shower fittings available, my wife loved the circular stone sinks in particular and we have received a lot of compliments about them.
I would like to commend Leon for following up on rectifications and enquiries. They may be busy at the store but the after sales service has been great and I would certainly recommend them.

β β β β β Basin is nice. But service is bad. Iβm the only customer at the store but the guy is so reluctant to serve me. He keeps looking at the phone. I have to keep walking to him and ask question. Seem like he is the boss.
