★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is embarrassing ! Tasted like frozen chicken , with little or no seasoning. I could hear Gordon Ramsay screaming from his kitchen and their batter is crumbly and bland. The only saving grace is the salt and spicy seasoning powder , however don’t get me started on the ‘premium’ Okinawa seaweed Tai-Ke flavour.
No One should deserve to eat this garbage ,
No One should pay $6.9 for this.
SUCKS is the only word for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The batter is quite thick and chicken is also quite meaty. Seems like it was grilled then batter. The seaweed chicken In particular is really full of seaweed seasoning. For the $5.90 - $6.90 price seems reasonable. Queue's relatively fast since I went on weekday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to queue up for Monga fried chicken today since both my wife and I has heard great things about the food. Order quite a lot and I dis not regret queueing up 30 mins for it.
Fried chicken is the highlight and it was great, much way better than Shilin version. Juicy and tender, the size was also very value for the $7. A must try if you stay near Jem. Sweet potatoes with plum powder was excellent! My wife love the sweetness of of the potatoes drizzle with the sour punch of the powder. The fried oyster mushroom was alright, not a must get.
Overall it is an easy 8/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whole waiting process took about half an hour on a weekday after working hours. Bought The King which is nicely flavour, not too salty. The chicken cutlet is very meaty and not very oily. The battered skin is still crispy after I bought it home. Will try other flavours next time. Like their sour plum sweet potato fries too.

For someone who doesn’t like fried stuff, my girlfriend actually can’t stop eating this because of how good it actually is.
The thick and succulent chicken breast meat was fried so perfectly, with a crispy and flavourful skin and yet it’s not dry on the itself.
That said, it is not oily like all the other fried chicken franchises, making it pretty much exceptional.
It was however, $6.90 a piece, which is really testing the limit for a “snack” as such, though I would gladly pay for it if I ever crave for a fried chicken.
The ordering process was done electronically, and you May collect it once you see your number appear on the collection screen. Not much of a wait at 7.30pm on a Tuesday evening ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 5 mid wings for $8. The seasoning was nice but the meat was not fully cooked and I can see the red flesh still visible. I don’t mind to wait a bit longer for the meat to be fully cooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monga is definitely worthy for your money at a super big portion of chicken at 7.90. The oyster mushroom is also serve with a hearty portion..the chicken is juicy and tender, not dry at all. Oyster mushroom is also quite tasty..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOL finally get to try this. I rate it 5* because I love taiwan and want to support them totally. I have been popped by this outlet in paya lebar singpost since i was working there previously.
Finally get to eat this so I told fiancée let try it spicy chicken cultet since we are doing butterfly dinner today (means buy small things to eat in malls instead of dine in for a proper meal).
The figurine is cute isn't it.. its NONO from taiwan public entertainment figure and lots of local celebrities also supported.. cheers
