MOS Burger

I ordered take away, but the staff put my food at food delivery section! It wasted a lot of my waiting time! End up I have to go to the food delivery section to find my food myself!! Very very bad service!!!!!

Used to be my go to place for a decent meal . If you were to ask me a few years ago I would generally recommend mos burger. Quite noticable they're cutting back on staff numbers over the years in certain places . Just a few years ago i was stunned at the sudden drop in quality when I bit into my burger only to realise they removed the word wagyu from the menu. Had Coney wagyu burger meal set today , at almost $14. the Lukewarm fries made it a pretty demoralising meal . My first reaction when I ate the first fry was to push the rest closer to my burger in hope of preserving what little warmth they had left . The so called wagyu patty doesn't have the same taste and texture as the old ones . It was hard and dry, obviously burnt around the edges. Sauces overpowering anything the ingredients had to offer. As I was clearing my tray and carefully following instructions not to throw away their serving basket , I realised I could avoid this burnt dry patty with cold fries experience by paying a few more dollars and having meal upstairs at a restaurant instead. You can continue to cut corners anyway you like mos burger . Your empty spaces on a weekend is an indicator something gone wrong when no one else had seats.

They offers delicious burgers and salads. Great place to dine. Good service provided. The staff remembers their regular customer. Food is great and the ambience is very inviting. If you are in Plaza Singapura do pay them a visit.

This outlet has a pretty unique design compared to other outlets. It is recommended you order via the kiosk as there is no cashier in the counter during peak hours. The kitchen is way behind the dining area and that it is a alleyway. It may be due to the small area that the shop is located in. It is hard to make special request here as all the staff are located behind and may not have time to entertain your request.

Love their fish burger as compared to fish burger from McDonald's. If only they can make it double. And definitely less crowded and less stressful. Waiting time was rather fast especially now they've switch to self-ordering.

I’ve eaten here (once in a few months) since 2012 and it’s been pretty consistent with service and food quality. Their monthly specials are usually worth the visit and luckily there’s even a vegetarian option that’s pretty good. Soups are a good addition to the meal and it’s something I’ve relied on to increase the meal size for my appetite. Caution: soup is very hot (burnt my upper palette ?) Recently, they’ve updated to self-ordering kiosk making the whole experience smoother.

I love their onion rings, it's a good deal to share, and their hotdog is delicious. I didn't fancy the Wagyu beef patty and I prefer the chicken drumsticks. Dining experience can be better.
