I was not attended to despite standing at the counter for a few minutes (I was standing right in front of the counter even looking at the menu which is so obvious I am not one waiting for my ordered meal). One of the staffs saw that I was standing there yet did nothing? She was busy doing things so yeah I don't want to be rude and call for her so yeah i waited a bit (plus she saw me standing there so I thought she will attend to the customer eventually/asap) but she kept going on with the other orders. I get it there's an order machine here but this machine doesn't have the means to exclude vege or to exclude onions option so I have to order at the counter. Such a disappointment. By far, this is the worse Mos Burger I've been to.

Extremely rude cashier and packing staff has no menace. The cashier lady keep rushing even when the outlet empty with no customers around and she failed to understand the limitation when we face during conversation by wearing mask. The worst Mos Burger outlet i have ever visited. Better learn from CCK Lot One Mos Burger Outlet staff, theirs are gold standard customer service. This will be first and last!

Dam lousy service!!! Ordered 7 items with total bill $45.94 plus delivery fee. Only 3 delivered. Undelivered items amount to $29.65. What’s the use of providing phone number that doesn’t work!! Send in picture to feedback. Ya your reply dam right it should not have happen!! And you are going to take 24hrs to investigate before refund!!

service took long but that was because they made the items after the order is placed! however my mos chicken was burnt even after 4mins of waiting :( the size of chicken was bigger than some outlets. the limited sakura icecream just tasted like vanilla the store is small but cozy and new.

Ordered a Teriyaki chicken burger takeaway for my daughter. End up it became a fish burger.......... Chicken and fish are no cousins. Speechless..........

Horrible service and food. Visited at 5.15pm 30 July 2019. I asked for ketchup and chilli sauce (didn't see it at the corner) and I got a "Huh?! Outside!" The attitude of the staff was really repulsive. Of all the times I visited Mos, their fish burger is normally hot enough such that the cheese is melted. But this branch doesn't serve their food hot. I've never seen such a dry and wrinkly bun from Mos burger.

Good service by its service crew. It's crew was friendly especially the auntie who took my orders. She was very patient with my order and gave me some recommendations when I do not know what to order. She was also very friendly too. If it is too busy, the customers could order on the kiosk. There was a lack of seating during lunch and dinner time and it's dining area is quite small when compared to other outlets. The kitchen was very small which caused its menu to be smaller than other outlets. Customers could briefly see their food being prepared due to the fact that the frying station is visible from the outside and there is even a small window allowing customers to look into to see the crew making the burger. It relies on number calling for self collection of food from the counter. The cashier serves the drinks first before the burgers and their sides. It is one of two Mos Burger outlets to have sakura ice cream, which is very milky in taste. This outlet even has FoodPanda services available, allowing customers to order through the app. Overall a very good experience at this outlet.

Ordered MOS burger at Hillion branch on 3rd june through foodpanda. I received the burnt bun. Spoilt my whole meal, and left only fries to eat. I wondered that after seeing the burnt bun, how could the staff still continue making the burger with these burnt bun and gave it to customer. Hope that you do not make a mistake like this in future and serve it to other customers.
