โ โ โ โ โ They've been providing great service for my pup for over a year now. I am a first time dog owner and I like that they give great advice over the phone and don't make me come in for everything.
When I do bring in my pup he gets great care from the vets as they have nice bedside manners. They took time to explain to me how to properly care for my pup and to answer my questions.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Ang and her team of vets/ vet techs have been so kind to our 3 dogs over the last 6 years. Whether its housecalls/ in clinic visits/ urgent appointment, the team has always treated our dogs like family. Very grateful.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely rude in service. I have never experienced such rude services from this vet clinic nor any other vet clinic before. And I have always brought my dogs to This clinic too. I have an appointment today at 4 pm. But I got a call at 3.39 pm when I was driving to the clinic. The first few questions asked. 1. Are you still coming to your appointment. Because there is a surcharge if you donโt come. (I became annoyed with this guy caller from the clinic and told him yes I am on the way.) 2. Then he continued to say that by appointment is the last appointment and the clinic will close at 4.30 pm.
My my my what mighty attitude they have nowadays. Amidst the covid situation we all should extend some better form of cooperation and service rather than a high handed one such as this !!!
I am so sad with this incident and I will need to swap to another clinic whose staff will show compassion to animal lovers and animals.

โ โ โ โ โ Firtly, the accomodating staff promptly scheduled an appointment within an hour of me calling the clinic. ? Dr Daphne is great, she gently examining my senior dog's eye with fluorescein and slit lamp and confidently diagnosed the issue and explained in detail about what the issue was. My dog, who is usually quite skittish, did not even struggle during the examination. Kudos to the team at Mt Pleasant, Farrer!

โ โ โ โ โ Witnessed the saga of a bad customer and the frontdesk staff yesterday. The volume of the customer was getting louder and seemed to be public shaming the staff. Briefly heard she was demanding something for free? When she got rejected, she started shouting at the frontdesk staff. When her colleague came out to handle the situation, she started shouting at him also.
Kudos to both staff as they did not lose it when they dealt with her. I believe it takes plenty amount of patience to deal with this kind of unreasonable customer.
I felt disturbed by her yanking away. It has always pleasant to visit Mount Pleasant but because of her, my trip yesterday was unpleasant.
