★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 2 May, 445pm, the way short hair aunty receptionist working in Mr Bean , speaks very rude, my kid and me are in the queue, but she ignored us and asked for next order from the customer behind me instead. Kindly send your staff for training.
Really disappointed, guess I will buy drinks for my students from somewhere else.

Also the pearls is so hard. Waste of money.

why mr bean never take any action despite many people already complaining the same issue?
today i claim my voucher from healthy365, and she serve very rude and impolite. like not happy when we claim the voucher.
if mr bean didn't support for the cause, why still on the healthy365?
this is the second happening of the same issue with the voucher claim.
I'm loyal customer of mr bean, but seems i need to start to find other option.
