Visiting from Malaysia, walked past this drink shop so gave it a try. Pleasantly surprised ?

Coconut shake with Gula Melaka pearls. Not something will buy often as it costs $5.20. Not good to always take cooling stuff. First time trying. will go for my fresh coconut instead, when I do need to cool down.

This outlet was quite busy at the time but the service was fast and the wait wasn’t that long considering the large crowd. The drink was good but to me, the taste gets a little much after a while. It was worth the price as compared to some other brands and the portion is worth it. I liked that we only have to select our choices and pay immediately on the kiosk and just wait to collect the drinks - which made the process easier and faster.

Happy to find a new Mr Coconut outlet has opened in Vivo! I ordered my coconut shake as well as a coconut ice cream dessert in coconut husk. The ice creams comes with 3 free toppings, so I chose coconut meat, peanut and Nata de coco. On hindsight can order a sauce instead of the coconut meat since the husk has quite a bit of meat inside. Nevertheless, I find this combi to be fantastic! Crunchy peanuts and nice creamy coconut meat is so shiok!

Located at B2 of Vivocity Mall. This outlet is one of the more crowded one. The ordering queue is always long, especially during weekend. The missing star was due to the fact that at 12:36pm on a weekday, most of the items were sold off. I felt the management should be doing something to ensure the items were replenished promptly and the items didn’t run out so fast. Thankfully, the service staffs were all positive and fast enough to manage the orders.

Weekday evening have some line! My go to is coconut shake with 0% sugar! Despite 0% sugar it already comes with a basic level of sweetness due to the icecream used in the blend. I highly recommend the coconut shake!

“Drink Fresh, Feel Refresh” ? I have a different look at the Mr Coconut slogan after an horrible experience at Vivo City outlet. Brought 6 coconut pudding and later notice unusual signs on it, e-mail to the office, Evangeline Foo replied with apologies and explained the investigation findings was the staff neglected and had failed to follow SOP. That’s it, there is none to offer compensation or refund. After my next email to request for compensation, Ms Ferris ask for my member ID to credit an “compensation” voucher of 3 medium size drink, equivalent to $17.70, without asking is that my prefer choice. May I ask, 6 bottles of coconut pudding worth total $16.8, your kind “compensation” are a token of $0.90? There is no sincerity responsible of such serious lapse of food safety and quality check. It is unbelievable the staff did not notice the products have turn deteriorated, what will be the consequences if the coconut pudding which have turn bad was consumed. Should Singapore Food Agency look into it. Urges everyone please check your products quality before leaving the counter.
