β β β β β I've had a bad experience with this store. From start, the website claims that there is enough supply. Within Singapore, delivery should take 2 days. I waited three days for the products, but they were never delivered. I sent an email, didn't get any reply (which worried the client). On the fourth day, I decided to call right away because I was having second thoughts about things. They informed me that there was no stock available. Best of all, the deduction of funds was done immediately from my account!!!! (that very fast ). If there is no stock, please follow merchant like Swee Lee or City Music, where both will list items OUT OF STOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no choice.....hence need to top up another $35 for related product that I need, due to my coming performances.

β β β β β I took my flute in for a service as it was almost black with tarnish. It now looks like new and sounds better than new. Thanks to Sally and the team at Music Elements who are so passionate about music and take the time to share their passion. Great service

β β β β β This place is on the 2nd level, big shop. Level one is quite special as there are 2 big kinda robot to welcome you. Lift are decorated. Toilets are IKEA themed. Prices are affordable.

β β β β β First time here. Although a little far from the bus stop and MRT station, place is very cosy, conducive.
Staffs Justin and Josh were very welcoming, friendly, professional and even brought me around the place to view their sound studio rooms.
They even gave me a story of this place. Starting out from a small brass and woodwinds store, soon expanding with cafΓ©, and more varieties of strings instruments.
A good one-stop place for all your music needs. From servicing instrument section to practice rooms, orchestra recordings, jamming and hopefully soon, a cafΓ©.
Just look out for the yellow neon sign 2nd level of the building when you enter from the gate.
Looking forward to return again.
