Friendly nurses and doctors! Doctor helped to refer me to NTTH. Came at around 6plus only had to wait for 2 patients before me.

Kind and respectful nurses. Dr. Tiew Meng Hwa truly caring and professional.

Doctor is impatient and doesn’t empathize with patient’s condition. He is just doing his job and getting his pay.

Long waiting time. Rude nurses and doctor. Why do they bother to be in this line when they should empathize with patients as they had fallen sick and needs medical care to get back to shape. I would rather travel further to see other doctors

I have been visiting this clinic for the past yrs. Their doctor keep on changing and medication doesn't work on patients and sometimes gives unnecessary medication to add on the bill. And have to see the doc frequently due to the unwork medication. Always like to refer patients to see specialist and sarcastic ask you to see psychiatrists. They have this heyally queue system for patients but even you got your queue no. They still put you in their walk in queue and the nurse may show unhappiness on the disrupt of their queue issue. Have feedback to the heyally customer service but no improvement and no point getting a queue before hand and still have to wait and your q no. Was given to another patient. Their waiting time getting longer and I ever waited more than 2hrs just becos my allergic rhinitis symptoms similar to Urti and must do a swap test even after explanation to the doc.Make you wait outside their clinic and almost fainted due to long stand and weakness. They still insist put you 3days mc as the rules was set as it is. I have stop seeing their clinic doctor and rather travel further to my company panel clinic instead. Waste of time and money on such irresponsible doctors and nurses and the treatment received from them. If your medication works, who want to see your doctor. After seeing other reviews, this is not my own judgement which others facing the same problem as me. I don't understand why they still insist their wrong way of treatment and management.

Every year this clinic will change new doctor. My favourite is Dr Gu. Even when long queue he is fast and accurate. Many good reviews during his time. Sad he is not working here anymore. Heard he has been poached by other clinic

V rude fat nurse . Suppose to be $10 for PCR for every clinic she tell me they only do ART ?!? (Might as well i do myself at home?!) even the polyclinic nurse say GP is $10 ??‍♀️ she also say for PCR we have to pay PRIVATE CLINIC RATE WHAT ON EARTH IS SHE DOING ?!?

Decided to write this review because of the clinic staff who have always been stationed there. 3 family members had to be swapped with ART (some time in March 2022). The malay muslim lady attended to all of them. She was really calm and confident about what needed to be done. She was also very sympathetic and spoke kindly to the patients. We really appreciate her professionalism and her sense of pride in her work. My sincere apology for not remembering your name.
