β β β β β Dr Chia has shown absolute professionalism in certifying my LPA. He was very friendly, courteous, understanding and patient. He did more than certifying donerβs mental capacity, he carefully briefed the important conditions and underlying risks of the LPA as well as the responsibilities of donees. He also verified and checked the completeness of the form. All these for a very reasonable fee. Thank you Dr Chia.

β β β β β Had my LPA done with Dr Chia. I donβt live near Clementi, but reading the reviews here has helped and Iβve decided to choose Dr Chia to help me with the LPA. I called twice to the clinic before my visiting today. One was earlier- to find out what was needed (documents etc) and the second call was to make sure the clinic is open. Both calls were attended by very patient, courteous nurse assistants of the clinic. Itβs rare nowadays to have polite and helpful advice over calls for clinics. Dr Chia is a also a very friendly, patient man who explained the details. No regrets making my trip here. Not to mention, at a mere fee of $50. Thank you very much and my LPA is done! ???

β β β β β Caring and meticulous doctor. On our first visit, Dr. Chia was attending to an emergency case just before my daughterβs consultation. We waited for a while as the ambulance was being summoned, but as we were entering the consultation room after being called, we saw him still fussing over the old lady when being transport away with clear concern in his eyes. He quickly refocused and was soft spoken and gentle with my young daughter. Wonderful doctor.
