β β β β β Be warned about bad customer service, and not very trustworthy quality.
Went to service my child tricycle a couple of weeks ago, and am already aware of their "take it, leave it" stance.. their diagnosis was a puncture inner tubing, which they changed for $15.
The tricycle is hardly used since then, and I now experienced yet another punctured case, hence went back. While they had it serviced (changed tubing again), they wanted to charge me again (insist that they cannot guarantee due to possible user wear and tear). Note that the identified tube leak is at the "inner side" of the wheel, which mean it is highly impossible for the tubing to be punctured due to use. And again, my tricycle is hardly used at all (easily less than 5 times)
Tried to reason, as I suspect the tubing they used must be of bad quality. Insisted on not paying, and needless to say, i am not going back.

β β β β β Changed my gear shifters and the old uncle gave me non matching ones!! Claims that these were his original stock!! He kept saying he called Shimano dealer and they said it is βlike thatβ. Seriously, how can Shimano actually sell non matching shifters! Handle bar wrapping was also poorly done. Gaps at the intersection of the handlebars! He claims it doesnβt matter! Sheesh! What an excuse!Only saving grace was he gave me a substantial discount. I.m not going back to this shop ever again!!!
I wouldnβt trust this shop with complicated work.

β β β β β We had two bikes sitting around for the last 5 years.
We took both in for tune-ups. The proprietors inspected both, advising us that only one bicycle needed work done, and sprayed a coat of oil on the other free of charge. (I appreciated the honesty because they could've easily taken us for a ride and told us both bikes needed servicing)
They replaced the chain, rear brake for $50. The old tires also had holes, so we went back to get the inner and outer tubes replaced for $76. The bike rides as though it was new.

β β β β β Over priced!!! Saw shop opened till 3am on google. Headed over at 7+pm but was closed. Called and the owner and she said she will open for me as I needed a seat post clam to continue my ride. I usually buy things online, checked the price is around $2 so I was expecting around $10 from a neighbourhood shop. Ended up a $2 thing (with no packaging and scratches somemore!) I was charged $20. ? Regretted not asking for the price first. Never going back.

β β β β β Bought 2 new bicycle from this old man. Surprised that one of bikes had its spare parts replaced with either βspoiltβ or the man reused it from other bicycle as both have different βbrandβ partsβ¦. Bought last year around August21, September21 alr started to have lots of problems. When asked to repair, he did it so unwillingly and even say sacarstic things to us. Now the 2nd bicycle also starting to show problems alr. Never go back to this shop. V dishonest, rude uncle. Please do not waste your money and patronize this shop.

β β β β β Bad temper and really bad service. Shortchanged and overcharged for a chain replacement/overhaul which I bought brand new from him. Chain was supposed to be new but it doesnβt twist properly. Box was not provided too as common practise so I am also doubting that the chain was brand new. Master link was also not provided- which I had to buy a chain breaking tool and loose master link but to no avail.
Called him after noticing but he was not helpful.
Wanted to support small local shops but after this experience Iβm never going back again.

β β β β β Changed my tyre tube for $18. Was told the tube is suitable although the size was abit off. In the end, tube lasted 5km before puncturing. Uncle was very unhelpful. Will not patronise again

β β β β β I had a burst tire while cycling today and decided to come here to get it replaced. Itβs close to Ulu Pandan Canal Park Connector, so keep that in mind if you have bike problems while cycling here. Sure I could have done it myself: order inner tubes and a repair kit online, but I wouldnβt have noticed a tear on the outer tire and would have put myself in danger for my next ride. But the shopkeeper saw the tear and recommended a replacement.
Prices are reasonable. Sure they canβt compete with online shops, but this is an old school mom-and-pop shop operation that is worth supporting. Otherwise, you can try and do bike repair on your own and break a thumb ?
Thanks for the service, now I can keep on riding ??
