β β β β β This building replaces the old iconic one at Bras Bersah Road. This new building won many awards for the open airy concept unlike other libraries in the world. With lots of glass panels, high ceiling, it is opulent and energy efficient building. Saving much electrical energy needed for lighting and cooling purposes. Lots of daily activities besides books you have exhibition and dramas to enjoy. Great place to spend an afternoon.

β β β β β Rooftop access requires a pass to use the elevator. L1 Security counter were raw and untrained since they are one of the point of contact but blindly direct people to the elevator without contacting.
+ Good materials and many awesome exhibitions depending on the seasons and holidays. Locals should utilize the materials and event spaces more, besides the study area.
