Hi NewYork, I am Ms Tan(Chee). I'm so disappointed for the services. Let me point up the attitude i faced during 10Apr2022, 11am. Please do take care of your staffs seriously. They need some training and moral education. 1. Not giving any good respect and attitude on serving. 2.Due on facial treatment experience, that was really not professional enough. Didnt go thru with the correct process and manner. 3.Not willing to explain about the chemical products, and directly that apply on my face/skin without any permission. What if my skin was sensitive on the chemical? Please aware if your work as a professional beautician. 4.Keep on rushing and pushy, let me feel that I'm the one who wasting their time. 5.During facial scan, just simply scan thru, didnt even scan on my skin, and also not allow to ask about the scan result. 6.Didn't even care about the feeling and answering to the consumer. 7.90 minutes of treatment, the mask session was about 30 minutes long. Just leave me alone there for doing nothing. 8.After the treatment, here comes the consult and up sales sessions. Keep try on hard sales. Once refused due to hard selling part. they will really show us the attitude. Seriously the feeling is not really friendly and rude. In short, not really enjoyable, not really happy, not really feel respected and served in a good manner. Not really professional enough. Please do take a look this problem seriously.

I've been here for 3 months now for facial treatment. My consultant is Jessy. It has been a good experience with her. Very friendly and accomodating. Will continue to use their service.

I’ve just signed up for the facial cost for a few months. Their services was so bad and their beautician is so irresponsible. Wanted to change a beautician for better service but was rejected. They cancel my appointment with just a sms and didn’t even call to update my appointment even though I called up.

Been coming here for facial for the past 2 years and I've seen vast improvements to my skin. Many thanks to my consultant Edlyn Yeoh for always doing her best and sharing tips with me on how to care for my skin! She isn't very pushy and really deeply cares for her customers, it is always a pleasant session with her!

Edlyn did my collagen treatment and i really feel pampered. She is very pleasant explaining me very well my skin condition. Highly recommended the west gate location. I love the ambiance very cozy. And she found out my birthday will Be next few Days she gave me present. Definitely ’l be back soon.

Very friendly staff and they all have great skills. The rooms are very clean, which is essential in making your guests relaxed and allow them to enjoy their treatment. Overall, the staff members are very professional and kind. :)

I have been with Joan for many years. Love the treatments Joan and Tiffany have provided me. My skin improve a lot as time goes…many people always asked me how did I maintain my youthful complexion. Really make me feel and look young. Thanks a lot Joan and staffs in Westgate for numerous treatments!!! Believe or not I travelled all the way from Simei to Westgate for facial treatments…. See my effort is worth the time for the New York Skin treatments mainly planned by Joan!! Even my mother is also under the care of Joan.
