★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re reading this, I highly discourage this clinic. Dr Tan is unprofessionally disrespectful and impatient to me as a patient. During the ART swab, he stuck the stick so unnecessarily high up my nostrils. It was so painful that I cried. You have been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tan Beng Teck is extremely rude with his patients. When I told him about my ailments, he sigh loudly with exasperation, which made me feels he's doubting my words. When I describe my symptoms to him, he constantly made suggestions that my words contradict each other. Is he a judge or a doctor? He is a by-product of the otherwise excellent healthcare system in Singapore. Please do not engage him and indulge him the pleasure of spurting unwarranted condescending verbiage at the sickly and needies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had diarrhea, no choice have to go company clinic, will be first and last time visiting. Rather pay own pocket money for other nearby clinic. Due to attitude and impatient Doc. Polyclinic doc much better. Spoil my mood for the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see doctor Tan Beng Teck. Felt so upset with the way the Dr treating the patience. This is not my first visiting him. This is my 3rd time in two month. His attitude speak louder than the words. I believe I’m not the one and only had this bad experience with this Dr. Hope for better human service from this Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Been to different clinic and this is the worst. Dr Tan is being very rude. He asking about the symptoms and while we are sharing, he just cut us and asking what's next. He doesn't listen to his patients and when we are sharing that we have close contact due to a few of my family members just recovered from covid. He den said that he will test for us. Disappointed in this doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a medical screening for my new employer. When I initially looked up the address, I noticed a lot of 1-star reviews and was a bit concerned. My screening today was efficient and pleasant. I am giving 5 stars as the receptionists and doctor were kind, professional, and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience. The doctor was very flippant and distrustful about everything I had to say, and made alot of rude and sarcastic remarks that it made me feel like it was my fault that I was sick. Went cause there was a shorter queue and I was feeling very unwell, but I guess there’s a reason for the short queue cause it made me feel worse leaving. Did not feel respected as a patient, expensive consultation fees for nothing as well.
Receptionists were very professional and nice though.
