I visited Dr Neoh just a couple of times, and the experience so far was extremely pleasant and assuring. He makes very good recommendations, treatments, and spends time not only to listen but also explains the problem that's easy for you to understand. In fact, after a recent visit to another GP (as it was near my workplace) and the medication didn't help, I was so glad to have made the decision to seek a second opinion from him and his provisional diagnosis was more logical, recommendations were rational, and taking the medications were far more effective compared to the first visit elsewhere. Dr. Neoh is a doctor I would recommend and I am definitely confirming him to be my next family doctor.

Accompanied my mum to the clinic for ART pre departure testing. However, i was only given a hardcopy paper and not an .OA file. Hence i could not Notarise the QR code and submit to Msia authorities...... Also, i called the clinic a few times during weekday non peak opening hours and could not reach the clinic at all.. Also, i went in to witness the ART test did by Dr Leon. He used quite alot of force and my mum had commented that it was not a pleasant experience. Please reconsider if u are visiting it for pre departure testing...

I visited this clinic a few times in the past and totally agreed with all those given 5 stars especially for Dr. Neoh who I experienced myself that he's so patient and nice to explain the symptom in very details and the rational to provide any medicine. This clinic is not so close to my place but I'm still come to visit due to good doctor. However in my last visit last week was a surprise for me which I hope the clinic can verify further. I have a high blood pressure symptom and Dr. Neoh have provided me a hypertension medicine. Once come out to the nurse, I got a hypertension medicine with extra cash charges even I'm visit under company medical insurance card. 2nd surprise came after I did paid and request for receipt. The same nurse told me to wait as she seem busy with other patients. After wait for a short while, she inform me that clinic could not issue the receipt and return me the cash and ask me to see the other clinic. 3rd surprise came after I visited other clinic as I need a medicine for my symptom and all medicines expenses included this hypertension medicine are covered under the same insurance card. I hope the clinic take this feedback positively and do further investigation for continue improvement on the their services. Thank you.

Dr. Choo is the best doctor ever. He carefully checks, explains everything and makes sure we understand the symptoms and prognosis, giving us options and suggest the best for our medications. I’m feeling better already. Thanks Doc.

Went to the clinic to consult Dr due to HRW but made me wait long as clinic was crowded. Saw the clinic assistant speaking rudely to foreign workers who are not well but to her skin colour, she speak so nicely. This is not fair as if they are not around, neither this clinic will be build or constructed for u to work. Moreover the doctor didn't even check my throat to see if I have sore throat neither do a check on mi on my health condition, jus swabbed n gav meds jus bcos worried tat I might be Covid+. When we knw and not well, doctors are considered the next God to save life. But this is not the right way.

12th Jul, Crowded and poor arrangement for the vaccination, if can't handle so many people, don't open for walk in. Limited seat, q counter is hard to see(at the seat side), Not much patient to wait 2 hrs just for vaccination. Especially for the elderly. Anyway, the doctor is friendly, that's the reason to re-give 3 star.

While the front desk lady can be said to be aloof and unfriendly probably due to the overbearing number of patients, the doctor was proficient and polite and has a good system in place. I had an appointment for a vaccine and thought I had to wait a long time due to the queue number difference from the call number. Nevertheless within a few minutes I was called for my vaccine. The doctor behaved professionally. So the 4 star review is for doctor since I am not here to see the receptionist. However, one missing star for lack of good front desk service and not answering phones.
